Paula Whang-Ramos

Paula Whang-Ramos, Ph.D., M.Div. is the Spiritual Director and lead Kriya Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi/Qigong instructor at the Blue Lotus Meditation and Yoga Center in Gilroy, a south county affiliate of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment in San Jose. Paula also serves as an Associate Minister at CSE where she continues to study with her teacher, Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian, in the teaching lineage of Paramhansa Yogananda. Additionally, Paula serves as a holistic psychologist in her private practice in Gilroy.
