Sukshma means subtle. Sukshma Yoga is that which penetrates subtle levels. This ancient, less known form of yoga relaxes and rejuvenates the whole body.

Saluting the Sun!
Remember those school lessons on how the sun makes life possible on this planet? Now, it’s our turn to express gratitude. Surya Namaskar comprises of 12 yoga postures that keep the body in shape and the mind calm and healthy.

Fundamental Asanas
In this session participants will be led into basic postures through stable transitions. We will emphasize breath/body awareness and strictly proper form throughout the practice. Everyone is welcome to join.

Everybody's Yoga
Sweet yoga sequence designed specifically for everybody. All age groups and experience levels welcome! Flow will include a short warm up, pranayama exercises, series of standing postures, core work and cool down. Importance of utilizing breath and instruction of linking breath to movement will be emphasized.

The Breath of Yoga workshop teaches practical yoga, breathing and meditation as a simple sequence. Moving from body to breath to a calm mind, it takes you to a state of deep relaxation. De-stress, re-energize and take home simple, effective and powerful practices!
